FLIGHT INSPECTION AND CALIBRATION OF NAVIGATION AIDS

“Sky KG Airlines” specializes in performing of flight inspections of radio technical aids of navigation and landing of airfields of civil aviation. Routes of air traffic services in Kyrgyzstan, CIS and foreign countries. Flight inspections are carried out according to Doc. 8071 ICAO and Supplement 10 to the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation “Aviation Telecommunications”.

To support this task, the Aircraft fleet has its own two aircrafts, the Diamond DA-42 based aircraft-laboratories equipped with modern automated flight inspection system FIS AT-940 manufactured by the US company “Airfield Technology”

Aircraft-laboratory provides flight inspections of the following ground based systems:

Landing systems:

  • Instrumental Landing System CAT I, II and III (ILS)
  • Marker beacons
  • Precision Approach Radar (PAR)

Short-range navigation systems:

  • VHF Omnidirectional Radar (VOR)
  • Distance Measuring Equipment (DME)
  • Non-Directional Beacon (NDB)
  • Voice Direction Finder (VDF)
  • Primary (PSR) and secondary (SSR) radars
  • Automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B)

Area Navigation:

  • Basic Area Navigation (B-RNAV)
  • Precision Area Navigation (P-RNAV)

Lighting Systems of airports:

  • Lighting systems of airports CAT I, II and III
  • Precision Approach Path Indicator systems (PAPI/VASI)
  • Runway lighting
  • Approach zone lighting
  • Boundary lighting
